Vladimir Putin sent a welcome message to the forum “Eurasia”, in which the Gorchakov Fund is taking part

The first International Youth Educational Forum “Eurasia” has begun in Orenburg. President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin has sent a welcome address to participants, organizers and guests of the forum.


That information was provided by a press service of the government of the region-56.


“I consider your project important and timely, – mentions the President in his message. – The organizers of the forum are targeting a serious goal of vital importance – to unite on one platform the youth from the countries of the Eurasian continent interested in learning the Russian language, our history and culture”.  


According to the source, Vladimir Putin expressed hope in his message that the forum would develop its own traditions and would serve strengthening of international cultural connections and personal, individual contacts. The letter also mentions that “Eurasia” will become an important stage in preparation for the XIX World Festival of Youth and Students, which will be held in Sochi in 2017.

A delegation of the Alexander Gorchakov Public Diplomacy Fund is participating in the International Youth Educational Forum “Eurasia” organized by the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs, the Government of the Orenburg Region, Rospatriotcenter and the International Youth Center.
