On July 4, President of Russia Vladimir Putin will visit Italy and the Vatican. Meetings of the Russian leader with President of Italy Sergio Mattarella, Chairman of the Council of Ministers of Italy Giuseppe Conte and Pope Francis have been planned.
Key issues of Russian-Italian cooperation in political, trade and economic, cultural and humanitarian areas as well as current international and regional topics are expected to be discussed at the meeting with the Italian politicians. In the evening, Vladimir Putin and Giuseppe Conte will attend a session of the Russian-Italian Civil Society Dialogue Forum. Executive Director of the Gorchakov Fund Leonid Drachevsky will take part in the conference.
