Vladimir Kozin: A decision was made in Washington to terminate another treaty on international security
Washington has made another step towards destroying the system of arms control and undermining strategic stability. A statement was made by the White House about unilateral withdrawal of the U.S. from the Open Skies Treaty. According to it, Washington is planning to launch a procedure, by the end of which the U.S. after six months, on November 22, will stop being part of the multilateral agreement. The White House called it a forced measure.
