The Gorchakov Fund announced a grant contest for foreign participants of the Eurasia Global Forum
The Gorchakov Fund has announced a grant contest as part of the International Youth Educational Forum “Eurasia Global”, which will take place on August 12-18 in the Orenburg region.
The grant contest is implemented by the Gorchakov Fund in collaboration with the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs and the National Youth Council of Russia. Over 300 young citizens of Russia and 500 young citizens of foreign countries will attend the forum and will be able to participate in the grant contest. The contest committee will include top experts in foreign affairs, governmental officials and representatives of international organizations.
The Gorchakov Fund will support nine best projects submitted by foreign participants with the following grants: one grant for the amount of 500 000 rubles, three grants – 300 000 rubles each and five grants – 200 000 rubles each.
The contest will be organized in two stages: by mail and in person (defense of the projects). All projects will be evaluated by the expert committee and the best ones will be presented at the forum.
Training sessions and master classes taught by experts in foreign affairs and representatives of non-profit organizations have been planned as part of the event in order to help the participants to defend their projects on the sidelines of the forum. The defense of the projects has been included into the agenda of the forum.
