The art of negotiations in multicultural environment will be taught in Arkhyz
On October 9-14, stages of international educational and research project “The Art of Negotiations, Debates and Public Speaking in Multicultural Environment” were taking place in the village of Arkhyz in Karachay-Cherkessia. The organizer of the event – NGO Institute of Socially-Creative Development of the Activist Group (ISKRA) – had been sponsored by the Presidential Grants Foundation and the Gorchakov Fund. The project had been approved and supported by the Administration of the Russian Presidential Envoy in the North Caucasus Federal District.
The five-day, two-level intensive course included three areas – debates, public speaking and negotiation process. Experts of regional, federal and international levels met with the participants and trained them. The main goal of the event was to increase social-political activity, tolerance, prevention of interethnic and interreligious conflicts through engagement of the youth into diplomatic and negotiation forms of conflict resolution, development and dissemination of the culture of debates and negotiation process.
The agenda of the event included master classes, negotiations, debates, and public speeches. Every participant will received maximum of useful theoretical and practical skills for further strategic development of their potential.
