School on Central Asia. Day 2. International economic relations and Eurasian integration
On July 23, the module “Countries of Central Asia in the system of international economic relations and integration processes on the Eurasian space” was held within the framework of the IV School on Central Asia, which continues its work in Ufa.
In the beginning of the working day, delegates from Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan covered socio-economic and socio-political environment in the countries of Central Asia and Russia for the past two years. In their speeches, they stressed key events of the national policy, current foreign policy vectors and potential for development of relations with Moscow. The participants discussed an economic effect of anti-Russian sanctions not only within the context of their impact on the Russian Federation, but also on other members of the Eurasian space.
