  • Andras Racz, Senior Research Fellow at the German Council for International Relations, Berlin;

  • Alexander Duleba, Director of the Slovak Foreign Policy Association, Bratislava;

  • Nikolay Kapitonenko, Director of the Center for International Studies at the Institute of International Relations, Kiev;

  • Yuliya Nikitina, Senior Research Fellow at the Center for Post-Soviet Studies at MGIMO University under MFA of Russia, Moscow;

  • Pavel Kanevsky, Associate Professor at the Department of Political Science at Moscow State University, Moscow;

The roundtable will open at 11:00 am Moscow time on Thursday.
