Rosmolodezh opened registration for All-Russian Contest “Leaders in International Cooperation”, which will be organized with the support of the Gorchakov Fund

Rosmoldezh has launched All-Russian Contest “Leaders in International Cooperation”. It will allow identifying and supporting active young citizens of Russia, who have their own initiatives in the area of implementation of international projects and programs on regional and federal levels.

The following citizens of the Russian Federation may apply: students and graduates of higher education institutions, young entrepreneurs, representatives of non-governmental organizations, post-graduate students, scientists and teachers, ages 18-35.

The contest will be organized in several stages. During the correspondence stage, the applicants will have to fill out an application in Automated Information System “Youth of Russia” by describing their experience in developing international cooperation and proposing a project, which from their perspective the best possible way will promote expansion of international cultural contacts.

Based on the results of the correspondence stage of the contest, the panel of judges will select 50 finalists, who will be invited to come to Moscow in order to participate in in-person educational and practical modules aimed at developing initiatives targeting further expansion of the international youth cooperation.

Authors of the best projects will receive the status of “A Leader in International Cooperation”, which envisages further consultations and organizational support from Rosmolodezh. Projects-winners will also be included in the Plan of Events of Rosmoldezh for 2021.

The applications for participation in the correspondence stage of the contest will be accepted until August 17.

The contest is organized with the support of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia, the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of Russia, the Diplomatic Academy under MFA of Russia, the Alexander Gorchakov Public Diplomacy Fund, and the BRICS National Research Committee.
