The CSTO model-conference completed its work on February 20 in Armenia. The conference was organized by Youth NGO CONSENSUS with support of the Gorchakov Fund.

Roman Grishenin, Deputy Executive Director of the Gorchakov Fund, stressed significance of similar events from the educational point of view and expressed hope that this model-conference will become traditional.

Participants of the forum discussed current issues in the field of security and terrorist threats, having tried themselves as ministers of foreign affairs, secretaries of security councils or secretaries of ministries of defense of one of the states – CSTO members.

The CSTO model-conference, which was held with support of the Alexander Gorchakov Public Diplomacy Fund, has become the first step in recognizing professional potential of youth from Armenia, Russia and several other states interested in development of similar unique programs, noted Akop Gabrielyan, founder of NGO CONSENSUS and a member of the Gorchakov Fund’s Club of Friends.
