New rules for receiving grant support were introduced by the Gorchakov Fund
The Alexander Gorchakov Public Diplomacy Fund made a decision to change and update the application process for grant support and amended the Provision on Grants Distribution. The process is aimed at simplifying receipt of financial support by Russian and foreign non-profit organizations.
The proposed projects should comply with priority areas of the Fund’s activities and its statutory goals. According to the Provision on the Order of Grants Distribution, the applications received after November 15 and the applications not duly completed will not be considered.
The package of documents must be attached to the electronic application and should include the following:
a completed passport of the project as per requirements specified in the Provision on Grants Distribution and the Recommendations;
a scanned copy of the statutes of the applicant’s organization;
a confirmation form of the submitted application;
a front page of the project.
Attention! Since statues of foreign organizations are in foreign languages, when submitting the application, foreign organizations should provide a copy of original statues signed by the head of the organization and stamped by the organization as well as a notarized translation of all statutory documents signed by the head of the organization and stamped by the organization. An agreement with a foreign counteragent will be drafted in two languages.
Templates of the documents, which need to be submitted for receiving the financial support and recommendations on preparing the documents and submitting the application can be found on the official website of the Alexander Gorchakov Public Diplomacy Fund under section “Grants”. After filling out those documents, they should be attached to the electronic application form and submitted together.
Employees of the Fund will be able to answer all of your questions and can be reached at +7 495 783 16 62.
Wishing you luck!
