Lecture by Grigory Lukyanov “Why Is There Still a War in Libya? Internal Reasons and External Context”

The Alexander Gorchakov Public Diplomacy Fund invites you to attend a lecture by Senior Lecturer at National Research University Higher School of Economics, Senior Researcher at the Center for Arabic and Islamic Studies of the Institute of Oriental Studies RAS, Head of the Expert Club of the Russian Middle Eastern Association Grigory Lukyanov. The topic of the lecture is “Why Is There Still a War in Libya? Internal Reasons and External Context”.  

The event is open to the public.

Venue: Gorchakov Fund (10/1 Yakovoapostolsky pereulok, Moscow).
