Vladimir Kozin: New START Treaty does not include new advanced weapons of Russia

Due to numerous statements made by high-level U.S. officials about the need to include all five new types of Russian advanced weapons, announced by President of Russia Vladimir Putin in March of 2018, into the potential future negotiating process between Moscow and Washington about extending the Russian-U.S. New START Treaty until 2026, a discussion was opened within the Russian expert community about the rationale of including them in to the above mentioned treaty.
