Russian NGOs, providing socially useful services, already for the second month have not been able to claim special status, which allows them to receive national subsidies in priority order for the period of at least two years. According to VZGLYAD, the Presidential Administration together with field-specific agencies are discussing how to make this procedure simpler and more available for socially significant national NGOs.
Over 200 organizers and experts of Total Dictation from 91 cities and 121 countries will get together in Novosibirsk on February 2-4 at the V International Conference of Total Dictation to discuss further development and academic results of the project.
