A meeting of the International Expert Council on Cooperation in the Arctic will take place in St. Petersburg with the support of the Gorchakov Fund. Registration for the audience is open!

On September 19, an annual meeting of the International Expert Council on Cooperation in the Arctic will take place in St. Petersburg with support of the Gorchakov Fund at the premises of EXPOFORUM . The event will be organized within the framework of the international exhibition-conference NEVA-2017.

Organizers of the meeting are the Center for Strategic Assessments and Forecasts represented by its Executive Director and member of the Gorchakov Fund’s Club of Friends Sergey Grinyaev.

The topic of the discussion is “International Horizons of Ecological Cooperation in the Arctic. Protection of the Arctic Marine Environment”. The third issue of The Arctic Review will be presented at the event,

Russian and foreign experts and diplomats will participate in the discussion.

Instructors and researchers from Russian and foreign universities, think tanks and experts in the field of foreign affairs, post-graduates, Master’s and Bachler’s degree students are invited to attend the event. In order to register as part of the audience, please complete the registration form. The registration will end at 11:59 pm Moscow time on September 12.

Participation is free.

Venue and time of the event: St. Petersburg, EXPOFORUM, Room G25-G27, 2nd floor, from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm Moscow time on September 19.
